Meet Steve

Steve Mendonca’s real estate career began in 2002. Before real estate he worked as a sales representative for LD Brinkman, the largest flooring distributor in the U.S.

After leaving the flooring business, Steve joined John L. Scott for the company’s leadership in real estate technology. He takes advantage of that technology by marketing his listings on several online platforms, but he also adds a personal touch and door knocks in every neighborhood his listings are in. Steve says that he enjoys working with people and helping them through a very stressful time. He specializes in helping military families with their permanent change of station (PCS).

Steve works with local high schools and volunteered with the Northwest Special Olympics Regionals in Olympia.
